Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged 25% of the service total. Appointments booked within 24 hours of the service time are subject to the same late-cancellation policy immediately upon booking. NO-SHOWS: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 50% of the service total. LATE ARRIVALS: There is a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled, and will be treated as a no-show. REFUNDS: All services are non-refundable.
